Behind the initiative
Colorado Rising is a grassroots group of Coloradans.
Colorado Rising is working to pass a statewide statutory ballot initiative that would establish common sense buffer zones between fracking and occupied buildings – like homes and schools – and areas of special concern – like playgrounds and drinking water sources. It is time to protect Colorado’s Communities from the dangers of oil and gas development and fracking.
