A:Lafayette will institute a ban on fracking, 99% severance tax and sue Weld County for poisoning our health and environment along with Boulder, Boulder County, Louisville, Longmont and possibly Broomfield as well as suing COGCC, Fracking companies and individual landowners who lease their property for fracking and damage their neighbor's health, safety and welfare for money.

Q:Do you believe that local governments should have the right to enact bans or moratoria on fracking to safeguard residents from the inherent dangers associated with oil & gas development?

Q:Did you support Proposition 112, which aimed to create 2500 foot setbacks for homes, schools, hospitals, parks, playgrounds and water sources from all new oil & gas operations?

A:Eliminate fracking In Colorado, sue Weld County to stop methane release into the air resulting in ozone and increased local atmospheric heating. Eliminate oil and gas development and switch to solar, wind, hemp and geothermal.

A:By giving tax breaks and subsidize hemp, solar, wind and geothermal and force developers to build green and environmentally friendly residential and commercial development
